ICPC (International Cooperation Promoting Center) is a non-profit, be practical and realistic, non-political, independent international service organization ( www.i-cpc.org ), a high level platform for promoting international cooperation in both economic & technology and exchanging real resource. It was set up in 2002 and had established office in China, Germany and America and communication station in France.

ICPC, which is supported by Governments and some Global Enterprises, holds the huge Worldwide Relation Resource Netware, in China and Europe (Special in Germany , France , Holland , Belgium , and Luxembourg ) and America .

ICPC holds a close and strong relationship with the Central Government and Local Governments as well as Big Enterprises; and also in compact cooperation with EU-US Capital Market (Stock Market and many big investment bank/group); ICPC has deep relationship with high credit with over thousands global groups or joint-stock companies/groups.
